Stationary Breathing Air Compressor systems for continuous operation. Pure breathing air in accordance with EN12021, generated in 4-stage machines. Choose from output ranges from 150 bis 630 l/min with compressors of the worlds largest manufacturer.
Combine the compressor systems or extend already existing compressor systems with our extensive program of filling panels and storage systems for intermediate storage requirements.
Filling panels made to your needs, individual placement of filling combinations 200/300 bar, variety of shapes and materials as well as customized surface finishes and tailored paints.
Further increase in gas handling and filling efficiency are achieved by our product range of cooling beds. All products supplied by us can be installed as you desire. Already in the new-built phase we accompany your projects and provide professional consulting.

The powerful silent filling station which grows with your needs. The modular system provides simple upgrading within little time. Comfortable monitoring of all compressor performances via B-Control. The patented P61 filter system guarantees purest breathing air acc. to EN12021.
The modular system allows a custom-tailored compressor unit according to your individual requirements and guarantees a simple upgrading such as larger or additional filter housings, SECURUS filter monitoring, external filling panels, storage systems and others.
Piston rings are made from newly developed high-tech plastics and long life, robust industrial cylinder bearings with hardened cylinders provide outstanding wear and tear values. The new low pressure lubrication with oil micro filter guarantees an even higher lifetime of all moving parts.
Inter- and after coolers are made of stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance.
Safety filling connection form part of the standard scope of supply and prevent an unintentional pressurization of the filling devices.
Optional: The four filling valves are mounted onto the housing in a space saving way according to customers choice. An external filling panel can be also connected to the unit.
B-Control (SPC-Control) allows free programming according to customers needs. Operating convenience due to large 8-line LCD-display and free choice of 7 languages. Interconnected operation of several units is possible.
Silent and clean condensate disposal: The SCC-condensate collecting tank with sound proofed spezial filter supplies odorless exhaust air. The automatic condensate drain forming part of the standard scope of supply faciliates fully automatic operation.

Troubled-free continuous running even in the most difficult climatic conditions thanks to its optimum cooling system. The cooling air is conducted through the housing to achieve effective heat elimination. Fanwheel with optimized blade geometry generates more pressure for improved cooling power.
Oil cooling in the final compression stage for minimal wear and tear and for a longer life.
Highest economic efficiency due to the gearing of the compressor blocks being made for extreme working stress and continuous running. Long-life, robust industrial roller bearings with minimum friction. Hardened cylinders with special honing technique for minimal oil consumption and wear.
